Why, I had no idea about the character. When my dear customer drop me suggestion about Tuxedo Sam to completed Sanrio project ( she wants six characters per set ) I'd to figure out who is he =))
Oow actually, he is such a handsome penguin with red necktie... and very simple indeed, so I agreed to made him.
I do loved to made him but.... (>.<)...I'm not write the pattern...hiks hiks hiks...because I can't manage enough time to it...and I'm too very proud with my memory, and ...just what about now.....I have to rearrange the pattern like always * am I to confess again? * oh my...oh my... But isn't he handsome penguin eh? with necktie and his blue tuxedo...^ ^

But I may posting it when I've time to write the pattern :)
